Effective Date: February 9, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of the Cybersecurity Awareness, Reporting and Education (C.A.R.E.) Platform.
By accessing or using the platform, users and participating schools agree to comply with these terms and applicable school policies.
The platform is intended for cybersecurity education, awareness, reporting, and related administrative functions. Users must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access.
Users are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all actions performed through their accounts. Suspected unauthorized activity should be reported immediately.
Incident reports, training content, and communications must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. Schools are responsible for moderating and managing their own internal content and users.
Platform features may be updated, changed, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, platform operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, school policy, or applicable law.
These terms may be revised periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the latest version.
